1914 Golden-Era Castle

This former Masonic Lodge offers an impressive castle-like setting with over 12,000 square feet of dramatic, well-preserved space. Highlights include a grand entrance with ballroom and stage, vaulted lodge room with painted domed ceilings, impressive acoustics, and a working pipe organ.

Luxury Log Cabin Retreat

10 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and vistas surround this 6,000 sq ft rustic retreat. Inside you’ll find a gorgeous chef’s kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, vaulted ceilings with extraordinary wood beams and planks, temperature-controlled wine cellar with elevator, master suite with balcony, library, and exercise room.

The building is about 5,000 square feet of space for brewing, serving, and eating. There are two dining or seating areas, an actual brewing facility, with a mash tun, boiling kettle, cooling capabilities, and a separate room for fermentation tanks, walk-in cooler, and storage.

Burrell Mansion

Overlook, also known as the Burrell Mansion, was designed by architect Archimedes Russell (1840 – 1915) and built about 1889 for the industrialist and inventor David H. Burrell (1841-1919). It is a three-story, asymmetrical masonry building, featuring three full-height towers.

“It looks to me like there are a lot of beautiful old buildings and a lot of different sorts of beautiful scenery. So anything that’s suburban in nature, we can probably shoot here. Something that’s rural we can shoot here, something that needs old historical buildings, we can shoot here as well.”
